Shipping Guarantee

What's Covered?

  • Any damages, loss, or theft of a product occurred during any shipping process, which is from its arrival to Ohmyzip warehouse to delivery to a customer.
  • For damaged and lost item(s,) compensation will be reimbursed if the total purchase mount is less than US $600 and less than CN ¥4,000.
  • If the total purchase price exceeds US $600 and China ¥4,000 , it will be compensated only for $ 600 and China ¥4,000 if without insurance, but if with insurance, the total purchase amount will be compensated.

How the coverage works

  • All coverage will be determined after reviewing order details and reported value of a product.
    If a customer makes his/her product under-valued or over-valued for any reasons, that product will not be covered.
  • How will the exchange rate be applied?
    If a customer has provided a transaction detail: a rate on the date of transaction will be applied.
    If a customer has not provided a transaction detail: a rate on the date of processing date.
  • reimbursement can be made as prepaid points or shipping points that can be used for Ohmyzip services. The amount of reimbursement will be calculated based on : Amount of a product reported on outbound request form + Shipping fee + tariff
  • reimbursement for partial damages will be calculated based on: Amount of a product reported on outbound request form + Shipping fee of the product + tariff of the product
  • 10% discount coupon will be given (Expires after 3 months)
  • Coverage for TVs
    Please make sure to report any problems within 7 days of delivery.
    Please provide order number, picture of damages, and any details through 1:1 board.
    If the problem is reported after 7 days of delivery, reimbursement will not be made.
  • Please note that Ohmyzip can't make reimbursement by re-purchasing the product.
    The reimbursement will be made based on shipping fee paid and purchased price of a product.

How the reimbursement will be made

Submit request

(Damages and/or losses)
• Report the damage or loss within 7 days after the package is delivered.
• Submit claim through 1:1 Board.
• Must submit following attachments for damages:
    - Photo of exterior box damage.
    - Photo of packaging condition.
    - Photo of damage.
    - Invoice and/or transaction detail.
    - Ohmyzip box code.
    - Credit card transaction detail (optional)
• Must submit following attachments for losses (after arrival at Ohmyzip):
    - Invoice or transaction detail
    - Shipping details (including tracking number) provided by seller/company
      (Ohmyzip will not be liable for packages delivered without tracking numbers or
     delivery signatures.)
Request Submitted • After Ohmyzip confirms the request, reimbursement will be made within 7 business days.
 Ohmyzip will receive and return the damaged good.
• Ohmyzip will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return.

Exceptions
Used or refurbished products are not included in Free Return/ 100% Guaranteed Compensation.
    : Only "No Inspection Free Returns" or "OhFast" services are available while filling out the
   shipping application.
• Request for compensation will be denied for the following reasons.
• Failure to provide relevant information that Ohmyzip requests.
Refusal to return the damaged goods.
• Provide false information on shipping application (False product name, false price)
• Shipping application is not completed and/or tracking number is not provided.
• Minor Box Damage (actual product is not damaged).
  - Goods that are subject to collecting and/or resell are not eligible for compensation
   if the packaging has minor damages.
   EX: lego box, shoe box, plastic case (EX: Air Jordan Shoe Box, Disney Doll Collection Box)

• Damages to components and/or accessory kits of strollers, car seats, or assembly products.
• Electronics (no seal is evident). Does not function properly. Components/accessories are missing.
  - If a customer selects "Do not open seal" Ohmyzip will not be able to inspect the product,
  therefore the item will not be covered for reimbursement.
• During air transport the nitrogen level causes deflation for chip packages.
• Wrinkles, folds, etc. on fabric products.
• Ohmyzip recommends customers an additional packaging for some products that require
  a special handling. However, if a customer doesn't accept this recommendation,
  then a customer can't purchase insurance for that products.
